Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. Orders under $150 are subject to carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Standard: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances. Stryde is not liable for carrier delays.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@nuverapeptides.health within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.
