Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unworn shoes in original condition with the original box within 30 days of delivery. Shoes that show signs of wear cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
Free Returns
Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. Contact us and we will send a prepaid return label to your email within 1 business day.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@nuverapeptides.health with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Contact us with your order number and we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us at support@nuverapeptides.health within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
